Jerome E. Millard, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 12, 2023, at Sauk Prairie Hospital. His life will live on through the gift of organ donation. He was born on April 5, 1993, to Cassidy Millard. Jerome attended Sauk Prairie Schools, graduating in 2011. In school, Jerome loved to be involved in sports and still had a love of basketball and football, cheering on his favorite teams. After high school, he attended MATC in Reedsburg studying childcare classes. Jerome loved being around kids and worked for Peek-A-Boo daycare in Prairie du Sac for over 6 years. Most recently, he was working at Piggly Wiggly and the Sauk Prairie Market Grocery Stores. Jerome enjoyed fishing, cooking, and taking his aunt for walks.
Jerome is survived by his mom, Cassidy (Antoine) Konan, uncle, Tanner (Jenna) Eveland, 2 aunts, Hope Millard, and Reva Harris, cousins, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by a baby brother, Delano John, and maternal grandparents, John Eveland and Darlene Millard.
A visitation for Jerome will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Hooverson Funeral Home, 251 Water St., Sauk City.
