During part two of the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, soon-to-be incarcerated housewife Teresa Giudice finally opens up about her personal troubles. Aside from the fact that most of the show focused on her legal battles and impending jail time, it seems that the reality star has also made the decision to focus on the important things in life.
“I don’t let the petty things bother me anymore. I just worry about the important things in life,” she states. From someone who went from worrying about every little thing in the world so far so she’d flip tables and get into constant arguments with other housewives, that’s a refreshing change. She also opened up about her reasons for going onto the show in the first place so many seasons ago.
“I came on the show for fun and it went a totally difference way. I mean, look at where I’m at now. I was so naïve,” she states. While many would state that she was likely anything but naïve, it only makes sense that she would admit this now after the year she’s had. Joe Giudice continues to blame himself for their legal troubles and even Teresa’s jail sentence, which he stated before they were sentenced she should not face since he didn’t tell her what she was signing when he was committing fraud. While Teresa still won’t discuss the details of her future, she did say that her family and friends are the most important things in her life right now.
Almost the entire show was centered around the Giudice’s and their legal issues. Even though the couple is clearly uncomfortable with the line of questioning that was aimed in their direction, there is a rumor swirling that the couple is going to allow Bravo to follow them with cameras leading up to Teresa turning herself in.
